This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Manager - High Plains and Rockies in the United States.

In this role, you will lead sales and distribution efforts across a broad territory covering Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, and Wyoming. You will manage a portfolio of approximately 130 retail accounts generating around $15 million in annual revenue. The position focuses on implementing sales initiatives, product launches, promotions, and inventory management while advising retail partners on category management and analytics. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize business performance and brand presence. The role emphasizes strategic planning, operational excellence, and leadership development, with opportunities to influence business outcomes and collaborate across teams in a dynamic market environment.

Accountabilities

· Manage sales and distribution within the assigned territory, including merchandising support as needed.

· Execute sales initiatives with retail partners, covering promotions, new products, inventory management, and pricing strategies.

· Advise and engage retail partners on category management and business analytics to drive improved performance.

· Develop innovative strategies to enhance business outcomes through data analysis, brand marketing, product placement, and purposeful planning.

· Track, measure, and analyze progress against marketing initiatives and key business metrics.

· Participate in leadership and development programs to strengthen managerial and strategic capabilities.

· Bachelor’s degree or meaningful sales experience.

· Strong ability to create and execute sales plans, manage time effectively, and prioritize responsibilities.

· Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with business partners.

· Ability to build and maintain relationships within a team-oriented environment.

· Analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and optimize performance.

· Competitive salary: $70,900 - $103,900 annually, with annual incentive compensation by target.
