We have an immediate need for a Sales Manager focusing on our regional retail accounts for the NE region. Candidates must have a network within the golf industry and/or the retail space selling high-end golf equipment. This is a 100% remote position with travel as needed throughout the territory.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the NE region
  • Establish relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends, supply and demand, and competitors
  • Support distributors and accounts to generate leads and close deals
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports
  • Actively pursue sales leads through cold calling, events, and networking
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
