A leading skills development organization is seeking a full-time Sales Manager for their Skills Accelerator product line. Position Summary gener8tor is seeking a full-time Sales Manager for our Skills Accelerator product line to lead outbound sales initiatives, build strong partnerships, and generate new business opportunities. This role will focus on growing our Skills programs by cultivating relationships with corporations, workforce development agencies, and community partners.
The Sales Manager will report directly to the Partner of Business Development and will collaborate closely with the VP of Skills and overall team to ensure strong communication, alignment, and follow-through. This individual will be both externally focused on driving sales and internally engaged with cross-functional teammates to maintain visibility, accountability, and shared success.
Our ideal candidate has a background in sales and partnerships, thrives in building relationships, and is comfortable managing multiple projects and communications at once. They are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work closely with both internal team members and external stakeholders. We would also like it if this person had experience working with workforce development boards, although not required.
