Google Cloud Fraud Defense is seeking a senior enterprise sales leader to scale a regional team across the US and EMEA from Cambridge, MA. You will drive pipeline, close strategic deals, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to demonstrate value and expand customer trust.

You will mentor Enterprise sellers, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure ambitious growth while maintaining executive-level relationships with global customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing environment, managing the full sales cycle.
  • 5 years leading an enterprise sales team in cybersecurity or IT fields.
  • Experience planning, pitching, and executing business and customer transformation strategy aligned to data and analytics.

  • Lead a sales team of Enterprise sellers, managing execution, strategy and priorities definition.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and high-performing Security Business team culture and skills development.
  • Drive initiatives to generate pipeline and coach the team through lead generation to onboarding.
  • Build relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, advising accounts and partners.
  • Represent Google Cloud Fraud Defense in forecasts and regional meetings with timely performance data.

Minimum qualifications:

US: $138000 - $200000 (USD) + 100% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Lead a sales team of Enterprise sellers, managing execution, strategy and priorities definition.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and high-performing Security Business team and team culture. Manage the team’s skills development.
  • Drive initiatives to generate pipeline, help and coach the team manage business cycles from lead generation to customer onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, acting as an advisor to the team and accounts, both internally and externally. Partner with Marketing, Customer Engineering, Google Cloud Platform teams, Channels, and Product and Engineering teams.
  • Represent Google Cloud Fraud Defense in regional forecasts and team meetings. Serve as stakeholder to regional cloud leads, reporting current, accurate, and timely forecasting and business performance in tools.
