Automotive Sales Manager - Fowler Honda Longmont

Fowler Honda has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Sales Manager who would be responsible for the dealerships sales objectives, goals, and overall customer satisfaction at the dealership. To accomplish this task, the manager must effectively manage the sales personnel; have a strong knowledge of the local market and a understanding of the sales departments financial data. We are looking for those individuals who can sell automobiles by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales.

Job Duties:

  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions
  • Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's needs and interests; matching needs and interests to various models; building rapport
  • Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; explaining warranties and services
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; delivers automobile
  • Provides sales management information by completing reports
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications
  • Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Compensation and Rewards include

Competitive Salary starting at $66,000 annually PLUS commissions and bonuses
