What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and key account strategies to achieve financial goals
- Demonstrate a repeatable sales process for identifying, qualifying, and closing new clients
- Collaborate with strategic referral partners to drive sales and revenue growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
- Proven experience selling to "C" level executives in various industries including restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
- Strong track record of revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent training and experience in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master's Degree
- Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training experience
