Job Responsibilities:
  • Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
  • Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and sales presentations
  • Sell a suite of products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
  • Manage complex sales processes including opportunity qualification, contract negotiation, and sales closure
  • Provide periodic updates on sales performance to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the Fintech sector
  • Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
  • Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree
  • Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
