Job Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
- Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and sales presentations
- Sell a suite of products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
- Manage complex sales processes including opportunity qualification, contract negotiation, and sales closure
- Provide periodic updates on sales performance to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the Fintech sector
- Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
- Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
