What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
- Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Sell the employer’s Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions to targeted business prospects
- Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new clients
- Report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Business Development on sales performance and strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech sector
- Proven track record of successful direct selling and exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
- Exceptional negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
