What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products, including Earned Wage Access and Paycard solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with targeted business prospects
- Provide periodic updates demonstrating effective sales processes and strategic alignment with referral partners
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the fintech industry
- Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
- Exceptional negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Master's Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
