What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
  • Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
  • Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products, including Earned Wage Access and Paycard solutions
  • Execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
  • Maintain strategic alignment with assigned referral partners and report sales progress to the Vice President of Sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the Fintech industry
  • Proven track record of selling to "C" level executives in various sectors such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
  • Strong negotiation skills and a history of exceeding sales goals and quotas
  • Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills
  • Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master's Degree
  • Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
