What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Sell a suite of Business Partnership products, focusing on Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
- Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
- Collaborate with strategic referral partners to drive sales success
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant enterprise sales experience in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
- Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
