What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
- Prepare and present quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve financial goals
- Develop and maintain relationships with “C” level executives and strategic referral partners
- Demonstrate a repeatable sales process to consistently identify, qualify, and close new clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space within fintech
- Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
- Expert negotiation and communication skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
- Ability to prepare and deliver effective written and oral presentations
