Job Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within designated geographic areas
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Sell a suite of products including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
- Maintain accountability for contracts closed and revenue generated through periodic updates
- Execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly in the Earned Wage Access space
- Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
- Exceptional negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields like Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
- Experience in the Fintech industry is advantageous
