What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Sell the employer's suite of Business Partnership products and services to targeted business prospects and referral partners
- Manage complex sales processes, including qualification, negotiation, and contract closure
- Provide periodic updates demonstrating progress in sales goals and strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, specifically within the Earned Wage Access space in fintech
- Proven track record of direct selling success and exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
- Exceptional negotiation, networking, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
