What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Sell the employer’s suite of products and services, including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
- Negotiate favorable contracts and close sales with prospective clients
- Provide periodic updates reflecting performance in the complex sales process
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, preferably in the Earned Wage Access space within Fintech
- Proven track record of direct selling success and strong revenue generation
- Experience selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
- Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and marketing skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
