What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated geographic area
- Prepare quantitative, qualitative, and financial data for pricing and sales presentations
- Sell the employer's suite of products, including Earned Wage Access, Digital Tips, and Paycard solutions
- Execute a repeatable sales process to identify, qualify, and close new prospective clients
- Collaborate with strategic referral partners to enhance sales opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales within the fintech industry
- Proven track record of strong revenue generation and exceeding sales goals
- Experience selling to “C” level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, retail, and professional employment organizations
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering

- Master’s Degree
- Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
