This platform specializes in tailored financing solutions for small-ticket equipment ($250K–$1MM), serving industries like healthcare, manufacturing, technology, and more.

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing national sales team
Drive origination growth through vendor partnerships
Collaborate closely with credit to structure A to B+ profile deals
Manage pipeline health, metrics, and team productivity
Support expansion into new verticals and asset classes
Build scalable processes and a winning team culture
What We’re Looking For
7+ years in vendor finance, with leadership in small-ticket deals
Experience managing $100MM+ funded volume
Strong credit structuring knowledge
Track record of growing teams, pipelines, and markets
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong collaboration skills
