Description

The Enterprise Sales Manager leads a team of Account Executives (AEs) to achieve revenue and margin goals, develop outcome-based business strategies, build strong client relationships, and guide the team to performance excellence. This roleis responsible fordriving pan-HP account growth, developing clear strategies for key accounts, and fostering a culture of talent and productivity. The Enterprise Sales Manager acts as a strategic leader, ensuring sales activities align with legal and ethical standards and HP’s values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of 7–10Account Executives (AEs),providing coaching and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Sales Coverage: Developand executeplans tomeetsales and margin targets,allocateresources effectively, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Account Planning: Create and implementbest-in-class sales strategiesfor key accounts, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Solution Selling: Present products and services as solutions to customer challenges, focusing on value and outcomes.
  • Pipeline & Deal Management: Build and manage sales pipelines to achieve both short-term and long-term businessobjectives.for long-term pipeline development and short-term goal achievement.
  • Executive Engagement: Develop relationships with senior client executivesand,represent HP at industry and customer events.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities meet legal and ethical standards.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Monitor forecasts and budgets, ensuring accuracy andtimelydelivery,buildingrecovery plans as needed.
  • People Development: Support the growth and development of team members, encouraging skill-building, andfostera culture of performance excellence.

Education & Experience Recommended
  • Education : Bachelor’s degreeis preferredbut notrequired.
  • Experience :Typically10+ years of job-related experience or 8–10 years of experience in salesmanagement.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven success in sales management, ideally in enterprise environments.Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Familiarity with sales planning, pipeline management, and CRM systems.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $215,000 to $338,850 USD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
