Graybar is seeking a Sales Manager in Missouri to drive sales and gross margin budgets across the district and lead a team of seven to ten sales reps. You will guide strategic plans for Construction, Communication, Industrial, Utility, and CIG markets while developing business plans with strategic suppliers.
You will coach reps, manage budgets, analyze market trends, and maintain key customer relationships, with a focus on recruiting, staffing, development, and customer service excellence.

As a Sales Manager at Graybar you will be responsible for attaining or exceeding the sales and gross margin rate budgets for the sales territory and implementing the district's market plan(s) to assist the district in achieving its sales and marketing objectives for your assigned customer vertical market: Construction, Communication, Industrial, Utility, and Commerical, Institutional and Government (CIG). Sales Managers typically manage seven to ten Sales Reps and/or Sales Trainees. You may be assigned own accounts. You will typically manage a minimum annual budget of $10M. You may also serve as sales trainer.
The expected rate of pay for this role is $102,986.00 annually, depending on experience. This position is also incentive-eligible, based on meeting specific and relative business metrics.
