Job summary

A leading robotics company is seeking a Sales Professional to drive revenue growth in the East region. You will engage with clients, lead business development initiatives in infrastructure sectors, and manage the sales process. Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience and a Bachelor's in Engineering. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. This role will require travel and report directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

  • 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Sales.
  • Should have done 3 years of B2G technical sales.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets for the East region.
  • Actively travel within the region to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead business development initiatives across dams, tunnels, and related infrastructure sectors.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals for clients.
  • Navigate tendering processes across government and private sector clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute field demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and trade events.
  • Report directly to the CEO.

Job description
Your Roles & Responsibility
  • Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets for the East region, contributing to EyeROVs overall business objectives.
  • Actively travel within the region to engage with clients and stakeholders (minimum 10 days/month).
  • Lead business development initiatives across dams, tunnels, and related infrastructure sectors, promoting EyeROVs cutting-edge underwater robotics solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
  • Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals for clients, tenders, and strategic projects.
  • Navigate tendering processes across government, PSU, semi-government, and private sector clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts including NTPC, DVC, NHPC, NEEPCO, MEPGCL, IOCL, EPC firms, and port authorities.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities for ROV services, product sales, and partnerships.
  • Plan and execute field demonstrations and proof-of-concept trials in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Represent EyeROV at industry conferences, exhibitions, and regional trade events to strengthen brand presence and network.
  • Report directly to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in EyeROV’s regional growth and strategic market penetration.
