Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Location: United States (Remote or Hybrid)

About Us

We’re a fast-growing DTC brand in the high-end electric trike and micromobility space. With a strong product-market fit and growing customer demand, we’re expanding our sales force and are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to build, train, and lead a dynamic team of sales representatives across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a national sales team of part-time and full-time reps targeting outdoor retailers, bike shops, and micromobility dealers.
  • Develop territory plans and rep deployment strategies based on local market potential and channel feedback.
  • Drive sell-through at bike shops and other key sales channels through strong relationships, product training, and incentive alignment.
  • Lead B2B sales efforts—from prospecting to closing—especially with independent retailers and regional distributors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure feedback from the field is integrated into go-to-market strategies.
  • Own team performance: set KPIs, coach reps, run weekly performance reviews, and adjust strategy based on data.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, bike industry events, and in-store activations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience in the bike industry—especially within bike shops, micromobility, e-bike brands, or related outdoor consumer products.
  • A strong existing network in the U.S. bike retail scene is a big plus.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams across multiple territories.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. sales culture and retail channels, with the ability to operate independently.
  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (oral and written) is required to coordinate with Chinese-speaking operations and supply chain partners.
  • Must have been living and working in the U.S. for several years and be fully acclimated to U.S. business practices and culture.
  • Experience with CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and sales performance management tools.

  • Experience in DTC brands or hybrid online/offline sales environments.
  • Experience working with Chinese suppliers or headquarters, especially for logistics or product feedback loops.
  • Passion for cycling, micromobility, or outdoor sports.
