We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager, Data Centers to lead our strategic growth efforts in the data center sector. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction of a region and leading a team of sales professionals to execute a focused data center strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the data center construction ecosystem and will actively pursue relationships with data center owners, developers, general contractors, and MEP contractors to introduce them to our innovative solutions that reduce construction timelines and increase operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the strategic direction for data center sales within a defined region

  • Manage a remote sales team, setting goals and tracking performance

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans focused on the data center construction lifecycle

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including data center owners, developers, general contractors, and MEP contractors

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to increase market share

  • Drive execution of national accounts strategy within the data center vertical

  • Ensure attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

  • Maintain market awareness and stay ahead of trends in data center development and construction

  • Enforce pricing standards, monitor practices, and hold team accountable for performance

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to ensure optimal team performance

  • Create and maintain relationships at key levels with select customers and accounts

  • Attract, develop, and retain top sales talent

  • Build a robust pipeline and forecast future revenue streams

  • Develop detailed knowledge of competitive products and services

  • Submit monthly communication and competitor reports

  • Perform annual competition study

You’ll Bring:

  • 7 to 15 years of direct B2B sales management experience

  • Advanced knowledge of the data center build industry and targeted territory

  • Proven success in strategic sales leadership and team management

  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with operations, fleet, and logistics teams

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • General understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC systems, and/or oil-free air compressors
