Your Tasks
  • The east coast sales manager is responsible for handling the most important Microelectronics (ME) Data Center (DC) end-user customers our firm serves. These partners are highly valuable, and the Sales Manager (SM) must build and cultivate strong relationships with their clients. The SM assumes the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipates client needs, works within the company structure to meet deadlines, and helps their organization succeed. The SM must understand client needs and establish relationships with key vendors and designers serving their accounts. The SM will also bring in new business from prospects and develop new relationships with potential partners.
  • Actively seek new segment opportunities with existing customers and targeted new accounts.
  • Be the key point of contact (including commercial and technical matters) and first line for escalations within assigned accounts and projects.
  • Develop a solid, lasting, and trusting relationship between major key clients and our company, including contractors, engineers, and end-users.
  • Identify and deliver significant commercial opportunities with clients.
  • Address and resolve key client issues, opportunities, and concerns.
  • Develop a complete understanding of account needs.
  • Manage communications between key clients and internal teams.
  • Manage activity and projects as applicable.
  • Negotiate terms, conditions, and obligations with clients.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, operations, logistics, and other teams to ensure high-quality materials and services meet client needs.
  • Work with global teams to position value-added solutions and services to clients.
  • Prepare and facilitate monthly meetings with clients and company participants, organizing and communicating action plans.
  • Meet all client needs and deliverables according to agreed timelines.
  • Be perceived as a sound business partner, delivering tangible value to internal customers.
  • Prepare relevant management and internal reports as required.
  • Verify all sales planning activities captured in CRM.
  • Organize market intelligence dashboards as applicable.
  • Provide feedback regarding client perception of service offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, mathematics, or relevant experience.
  • More than 7 years of experience in microelectronics and Data Center or related technology (software, hardware, MEP infrastructure).
  • Proven experience in business development, account management, and/or technical sales.
  • Technical understanding of available products, applications, and their benefits.
