Peregrine Hospitality in the United States is seeking a Corporate Group Sales Manager to drive revenue by identifying target accounts and nurturing relationships within the Atlanta market, with a focus on contributing to the hotel’s financial success.
You will lead cross‑functional collaboration, coordinate familiarization tours and events, and ensure timely information transfer to the Events team while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction.
As a Corporate Group Sales Manager, you are responsible for identifying and developing target accounts, as well as nurturing existing client relationships to meet or exceed individual sales goals for revenue, and ADR. The role involves proactive sales activities such as outside calls, trade shows, and site visits within your assigned market. Building long‑lasting, trusting relationships with clients, GSOs, and peers is essential. Additionally, you must understand your role in achieving the hotel’s overall financial success.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience of sales experience in area or market role with Marriott & Hilton brand experience.
Additional: Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs
Pay: The rate of pay for this position is $85,000 annually, plus quarterly sales incentive eligibility.
