Club Pilates is hiring in the Waco/Woodway area! Come join our team!

Company Overview: Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and hone their fitness expertise. We are a well-established, nationwide brand committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community.

Position: The Sales Manager provides concierge service to members and potential members by assisting the General Manager with lead management, studio cleanliness, and service with a smile. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

Requirements: Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills; goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training; ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system; ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours; fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; proficient computer skills.

  • Must be available Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 3 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
  • Execute sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
  • Conduct tours of the facility, establishing relationships and understanding individual needs and wants.
  • Maintain personal sales production levels.
  • Emphasize and enforce the club's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
  • Present available services to current or prospective members.
  • Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and participate in special events to promote the club.
  • Develop selling skills and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must have weekend availability.
