Responsibilities:
  1. Formulate and safeguard sales objectives and plans, followed by timely progress reports.
  2. Manage sales activities such as order acquisition, dispatch, and reporting to achieve customer satisfaction internally and externally.
  3. Develop customer pipelines to support sales growth, maintain existing customers, develop initial relationships, and qualify key market players to expand business and increase market share. Work with key influencers such as design institutes, construction companies, and dealers to understand and develop sales channels and networks.
  4. Monitor and advise current and potential customers on product and application purchases, considering technical aspects to increase prospects, sales value, and scope of offers.
  5. Align with the company's business strategy and VP Product to understand and develop the product portfolio and sales strategies.
  6. Analyze market data, competition, and demand to ensure accurate insights and usability of market information.
  7. Collaborate with marketing on activities like exhibitions, meetings, and customer events.
  8. Report on the progress of activities, including monthly visits and reports.
  9. Gather market intelligence for strategy development, continuously acquiring knowledge to adapt to market changes.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
  2. At least 4 years of proven experience in sales or similar roles, with knowledge of civil geosynthetic materials markets and sales channels for infrastructure projects.
  3. Willingness to travel regionally within Malaysia and Indonesia.
  4. Existing contacts in the civil engineering sector.
  5. Strong presentation skills.
  6. Skilled in acquiring new customers and developing new applications.
  7. Proficient in English at a professional level.
  8. Native speaker of Malaysian or Indonesian.
  9. Preferred location: Malaysia or Indonesia; Head Office in China.
