About the Role

This position is focused on expanding the company's footprint in the Mexico market through the sales and promotion of silicone-based materials. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the region.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales and promotion of silicone material products in Mexico, with a focus on business development and client retention.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, assess competition, and understand potential customer needs, providing strategic insights to guide international expansion.

  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from negotiation and contract signing to overseeing pre-sale and post-sale processes.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and product quality, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, submit market analysis reports, and contribute to forecasting efforts.

  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • 3+ years of international sales or foreign trade experience in the chemical industry; experience with silicone materials is a plus.

  • Native-level fluency in Spanish.

  • Proficient in English, with strong communication skills in both written and spoken forms.

  • Must be based in or willing to work in Mexico City.
