In this role, you will lead sales and distribution efforts across a defined territory in North or South Carolina, managing an established portfolio of retail accounts and driving business growth through data-driven strategies and strong partner relationships. You will collaborate with retail partners to optimize merchandising, product placement, promotions, and inventory management, ensuring consistent execution of key initiatives. This role blends analytical thinking, strategic planning, and hands-on sales execution, providing opportunities to grow leadership capabilities while influencing business outcomes. You will be supported by comprehensive training programs and empowered to implement innovative solutions that enhance both customer and business performance.

Accountabilities
  • Manage sales and distribution within a defined geography, ensuring the delivery of business objectives.
  • Engage with retail partners to promote initiatives, including new products, promotions, inventory strategies, and pricing plans.
  • Advise partners on category management, business analytics, and performance improvement strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and business metrics to identify opportunities for growth and implement action plans.
  • Develop innovative solutions to optimize business performance, including brand marketing and product placement strategies.
  • Build and maintain systems to track, measure, and report progress against key initiatives.
  • Participate in leadership development through training and high-impact experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent meaningful sales experience.
  • Proven ability to build sales plans, manage time effectively, and prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners and convey ideas clearly.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and foster long-term account relationships.

  • Competitive base salary: $70,900 - $103,900 annually, plus annual incentive compensation.
