Candidates must be willing to travel to the San Francisco Bay Area! If you live near there, travel is obviously less. If you don't, travel will be more.

COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Our client, a leader in automation solutions, is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role focuses on developing and executing territory and account strategies to expand market share in the Bay Area while deepening relationships with key strategic accounts..

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and grow existing accounts
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry engagement
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized automation solutions
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
  • Negotiate contracts and present compelling business cases to stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of two years of direct sales experience, preferably in automation, metrology, or capital equipment
  • Proven track record in prospecting and growing new leads and territories
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions and managing high-value accounts
  • Candidate will need hands-on automation integration experience
  • Must have experience managing Capex projects of over $10M
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor's degree required

COMPENSATION:

  • Competitive salary, commission structure, and benefits package
  • $130K - $160K Base
  • $225K OTE
  • NOTE: Compensation is negotiable based on profile
