We are a leading provider of outsourced Architecture, Engineering, CAD, BIM, and Drafting support services. Our clients—architects, developers, and design-build firms across the U.S.—rely on us to deliver expert design and production work at scale. We’re rapidly growing and seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a focused, high-impact team.

Role Summary:

As Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 5 outbound sales representatives focused on selling outsourced A&E services to architecture and engineering firms across the U.S. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role for a results-driven sales professional who understands the AEC space and knows how to guide a team to consistently hit revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 sales reps focused on acquiring new clients in the architecture and engineering space.
  • Set and manage sales targets, KPIs, and performance goals to drive $3M+ in annual new client revenue.
  • Create, refine, and execute outbound sales strategies (cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, conference follow-ups).
  • Provide mentorship through call coaching, pipeline reviews, and regular performance feedback.
  • Track sales activity and performance using Salesforce CRM and other tools.
  • Assist reps with closing larger deals and overcoming complex objections.
  • Continuously improve the sales process, pitch materials, onboarding flows, and CRM workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to align strategy and execution.

Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years managing a team of 3–6 reps.
  • Strong track record selling outsourced A&E services, CAD/BIM support, or engineering/drafting production.
  • Experience working with or selling into architecture firms, engineering firms, or construction companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to hit ambitious revenue targets in outbound-driven sales environments.
  • Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRMs.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background working with offshore or remote AEC teams.
  • Familiarity with the architectural design process, construction documentation, and BIM workflows.
  • Prior experience scaling an early-stage or growing sales team.
  • Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience
  • Bonus/Commission: Uncapped, with aggressive performance incentives
