Job description

Sales Manager, Architecture & End Users, New York City

Kvadrat was established in Denmark in 1968 and has deep roots in Scandinavia’s world-famous design tradition. A leader in design innovation, Kvadrat produces high-performing, design textiles, rugs, acoustics, and window covering solutions for both commercial and residential interiors.

We are looking for a new Sales Manager to be based in our New York City Showroom to support our growing A&E business in New York.

Your goals will be to strengthen and develop Kvadrat’s position and visibility in the contract market in the local market, through contact with renowned architects, contract dealers, interior designers, and selected end-users.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, and large end-users to promote and specify our full brand portfolio.
  • Develop and manage a robust project portfolio to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Lead and coordinate projects involving stakeholders at both local and international levels.
  • Identify and manage key decision-makers throughout the sales cycle to secure specifications and close orders.
  • Act as a trusted project and account manager, ensuring successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Establish collaborations with industry partners and influencers to increase brand visibility.
  • Representation at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to showcase products and build relationships.
  • Educate clients and partners about product applications and technical specifications.
