  2. 3+ years' experience selling in the apartment industry
  3. Experience working for a startup or in startup culture with a high degree of autonomy, a self-motivated go-getter who excels at problem solving
  4. You demonstrate the utmost of integrity, both with clients and with colleagues
  5. You are resilient and goal-oriented, with a track record of exceeding expectations
  6. You are passionate about new technologies that help improve the apartment industry
  7. Maintain high-level teamwork skills and you support the success of those around you
  8. Proven track record for articulating a product/service and building rapport with prospects
  9. Strong communicator with a knack for getting both customers and team members alike excited about what you’re saying
  10. Maintain excellent organizational and analytical skills with technical abilities
  11. Proactive ability to analyze data points and provide key insights and recommendations
  12. Ability to suggest and pitch process improvements or suggest efficiencies to improve the sales performance
  13. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision
  14. Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and accurately assess the transactional value for both the company and customer

What will you do at Intrinsic Digital?

  1. Build meaningful relationships with clients and prospects
  2. Follow-up on inbound leads and provide appropriate information to foster lead relationships, possess the mindset of prospecting for new business actively, not relying solely on a lead list
  3. Organize sales activities in HubSpot while maintaining detailed documentation and analysis of the sales cycle
  4. Maintain high-level Prospecting skills:
  5. Complete market research and monitor client/consumer activity
  6. Adjust sales tactics based on tests and new insights in the field
  7. Respond to company-generated leads and work through the HubSpot pipelines
  8. Acquire new customers by reaching out to leads through phone, email, social warm/cold calling while leveraging current clients and/or contacts in the industry
  9. Maintain high-level Sales related skills:
  10. Research customer’s individual or business needs through questions and research
  11. Evaluate customer needs prior to all meetings and during the sales process
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on current technologies, while displaying the ability to make recommendations for your customers and prospects
  13. Qualify customer’s need and ability to purchase and place in pipeline appropriately
  14. Prepare and present proposals/quotes/contracts following meetings
  15. Manage appropriate and timely proposal follow up after initial offering
  16. Utilize internal resources wisely to secure business deals
  17. Maintain high-level customer service and people skills: Return all customer and internal calls within 24-hours. Follow up on customer requests and coordinate solutions with required departments/supervisors
