MADERA is a team of experts from design, construction, and manufacturing industries that utilizes the medium of wood for innovation and creative expression. We curate, design, and make the highest quality wood flooring, millwork, and furniture. Our customers include architects, interior designers, homeowners, contractors, developers, and installers. We operate showrooms in New York City and Los Angeles and manufacture our products in Europe and the United States. Our showrooms are creative spaces where architecture, interior design, and art merge together in a forward-thinking environment.
ABOUT THE POSITION
The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets, foster client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of MADERA. The Sales Manager is also responsible for managing sales activities in our Showroom and developing new business with architects, designers, contractors, and developers in Southern California. Sales Managers will develop and manage their projects up until the deposit is paid. Once the deposit is paid, they hand the project over to the Projects Team. You will collaborate with our other teams to ensure that your clients receive top-notch service. This is a customer service role, and you should feel comfortable working directly with customers and be expected to represent the MADERA brand.
