We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Permanent Sales Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in the B2B sector. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and developing innovative multichannel marketing campaigns. You'll be working with a diverse team of marketers, salespeople, and product managers to drive our business forward. If you're passionate about digital marketing, have a knack for sales, and love the thrill of closing a deal, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute multichannel campaigns.
  • Analyze sales statistics and market trends to identify sales opportunities and forecast future sales.
  • Coordinate with the product team to ensure product availability and delivery as per customer requirements.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the game.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
  • Report on sales results and provide insights to the senior management team.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a sales management role, ideally within the B2B sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing and martech tools.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Experience in developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
