Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager!

Responsibilities

  1. Attract, hire, train, develop, motivate and manage members of a world-class sales organization.
  2. Aggressively stimulate, review and monitor all business activity for the branch and ensure achievement of activity goals.
  3. Ensure achievement of branch sales and profitability objectives.
  4. Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly revenue streams.
  5. Provide quarterly evaluations of sales organization productivity.
  6. Understand each employee’s strengths and weaknesses with recommendations to develop these areas of performance.
  7. Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales organization and implement changes.
  8. Develop solid business relationships with new or existing customers.

Qualifications

  1. 4-6 years of strong experience selling and managing High Tech or Information Technology products in the Copier & Printer industry.
  2. Demonstrated leadership and professional sales coaching/development experience.
  3. Proven ability to directly manage and track performance.
  4. Ability to motivate and direct sales teams in both the commercial and major account sales arena.
  5. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, management and organizational skills with a proven track record.
  6. Strong business acumen managing to “bottom-line” profitability.
  7. Experience in accurately forecasting and managing the sales of a high growth business.
  8. Proven track record of maintaining excellent internal and external customer relationships.
