Market Performance Group seeks a Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales objectives with key regional customers. Candidates must reside near a Publix metro area and have at least 5 years of direct retail experience, preferably with Publix.
The role involves leveraging data to create proposals, managing client relationships, and providing accurate sales forecasts. MPG offers generous health benefits, bonuses, and unlimited paid time off.
The Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, profit and client objectives with key regional customers and is responsible for consistent achievement of sales, distribution, and market penetration goals. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
This position must be based within driving distance of a Publix operating metro area within any of the following states for frequent in-person support of Publix buyers and stores: Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky or Virginia. The Sales Manager reports to the Sr. Sales Director and does not manage others.
