Job summary

First American’s Direct division in Seattle is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth in the Seattle market. You will develop and execute territory strategies, coach professionals, and collaborate with marketing and executives to capture market opportunities.

What You’ll Do

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and team performance across the Seattle territory. You’ll develop and execute strategic sales initiatives while coaching and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed business objectives.
