Yora Nordic Spa in Portland, Connecticut, is hiring a Sales Manager to help launch our wellness destination and build partnerships with local businesses and groups.
You will develop a strong understanding of our hydrotherapy experience and create a robust pipeline to drive revenue, collaborating with Marketing and spa teams. This full-time role is based on-site with occasional travel in the region.

The Sales Manager will be one of the first members of Yora's on-site team and will help introduce our new Nordic spa to businesses, organizations, community partners and social groups throughout the local and regional market. This role is anticipated to start at the start of October 2026, ahead of our opening to the community in November 2026.
The Sales Manager is Yora's connection builder - creating relationships that help more people discover Yora wellness and turning that awareness into sustainable revenue growth. Through purposeful business development, business-to-business partnerships and social group sales, this role creates meaningful reasons for people to visit, gather, reconnect and return.
This is a full-time position based at Yora Nordic Spa in Portland, Connecticut, with regular work throughout the spa, office and local community. The role includes local and occasional regional travel and requires flexibility to attend business meetings, networking events, partner activities and group experiences. Occasional evening and weekend work will be required based on business and relationship-building needs.

This position works across office, spa and community settings and involves regular local travel to meetings, networking events and partner activities. The role includes periods of sitting, driving and computer use; standing and walking during property tours, presentations and events; regular bending and reaching; climbing stairs; and lifting and carrying routine presentation, event or promotional materials.
While working throughout the spa or attending external activities, employees may encounter changing temperatures, humidity, steam, moisture, outdoor weather conditions, noise and wet or slippery surfaces. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
