Job Overview:

We are seeking motivated and communicative Sales Representatives to help us grow our international client base. This is a remote, commission-only role with no fixed schedule — work from anywhere, anytime. Your mission is to connect with businesses and organizations that could benefit from outsourcing their translation needs to us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients across various industries.

• Present MIKA Translations’ services in a clear, professional, and tailored manner.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Coordinate with our project management team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

• Monitor client activity and help grow account value over time.

Compensation Structure:

• Earn 10–15% of monthly profits from every client you bring in — for each translator and each language involved.

• Your commission may increase over time based on volume, consistency, and project success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive, self-driven attitude.

• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

• Experience in sales or knowledge of the translation/localization industry is a plus, but not required.
