Aaron's is hiring a Sales Manager for our corporate retail store in Mineral Wells, Texas. You will lead sales efforts, build customer and vendor relationships, set goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.

The salary range for this role is $13.25 to $14.00 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Aaron’s Sales Managers are crucial to the customer service experience in our stores. Among other essential duties, you will generate leads, close lease agreements, process renewal payments and physically handle merchandise to ensure our showroom floors are well maintained, priced and merchandised within our standards.
