Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Seville Gear is a family-owned business in the promotional product industry. We are a small but mighty company that has grown over the past 40 years into a Top 100 Supplier by focusing on making high-quality bags, coolers, golf accessories and padfolios that represent the best values in the industry. We are currently looking for an in-person Sales Manager to take us to the next level. We need a highly motivated individual with a proven successful sales record that is willing to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. This includes building and managing sales strategies, setting quotas, hiring and training sales representatives, and developing relationships with key clients. This person must also be able to analyze sales data and provide coaching and mentorship to improve team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement sales strategies by tracking leads, setting sales quotas, and developing sales tactics.

· Hire, train and motivate sales representatives by providing guidance, feedback and support to improve their performance and help them achieve their goals.

· Analyze sales data by monitoring sales performance, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions to improve sales and expand our customer base.

· Develop and maintain key client relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing expert advice and support.

· Report on sales activity to senior management by tracking sales performance, generating reports, and communicating results.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales goals for the company and customers.

Qualifications/Skills:

· Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to motivate, inspire, mentor and lead a sales team.

· Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, ideally with a proven track record of success.

· Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

· Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve sales challenges and obstacles.

· Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

· Strong Work Ethic and Drive: Commitment to achieving sales goals and exceeding expectations.
