Group Health Cooperative of South Central Wisconsin (GHC-SCW) is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the sales and retention of our health insurance products. You will work in the field with sales representatives, guide sales plans, and supervise staff to meet growth and retention targets.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Business/Sales, at least five years in health insurance sales, and Wisconsin license eligibility.

The Sales Manager is accountable and responsible for the sales and retention of the GHC-SCW health insurance products. The incumbent manages and directs the execution of sales plans and initiatives in conjunction with the GHC-SCW strategic plan and goals. The Sales Manager works in the field with sales representatives to identify opportunities; and provides direction, guidance and supervision to sales-related personnel. In addition, the Sales Manager works with and develops the annual sales plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives; and recommends, implements and executes sales policies and practices. The Sales Manager works under the general guidance, direction and supervision of the Director of Market Strategy, aligned under the following priorities;
