Pure Barre North Hollywood is seeking a Sales Manager to drive membership sales, build strong client relationships, and foster a high-energy, supportive studio environment.

As the heartbeat of the studio, you will lead the front desk team, track performance metrics, and collaborate with ownership and instructors to deliver a seamless experience.

This role requires a proven sales background in fitness, the ability to close with enthusiasm, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of sales or fitness studio experience.
• Confident communicator capable of closing sales.
• Organized and goal-driven with ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive New Membership Sales through in-person, phone, and digital outreach
• Lead Front Desk Team to ensure exceptional customer service and goal achievement
• Track and Report Key Performance Metrics including conversion rates and revenue
• Create a Community Culture by engaging with members and hosting local events

What Youll Do:
