Kasa, based in Los Angeles, seeks a Sales Manager to drive corporate and group bookings for our downtown properties. You will collaborate with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management to execute a regional sales strategy targeting business travelers and groups, with a focus on weekday demand and shoulder seasons.

Kasa offers flexible accommodations for guests in dozens of markets nationwide. We partner with multifamily and hospitality property owners to offer various unit types in our portfolio, including short-term rental apartments, apart-hotels, and traditional hotel rooms across price and luxury tiers. The Sales Manager is a role that will be laser-focused on gaining corporate and group business who will use Kasa as their preferred accommodations for our properties throughout (Single Market/Property).
The Sales Manager will work closely with our Operations, Sales, Marketing and Revenue management team. This individual will also interact directly with our property partners.
This position is based in (Single Market/Property). You will be responsible for the development & execution of a sales strategy for Kasa's properties within the (Single Market/Property) market, targeting all market segments, including business transient, groups, social, and others with a focus on week-day production and driving revenue during shoulder and off-season. An exciting part of this is being instrumental in changing the way corporate and group travelers view the flexible accommodations space.
