About the Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale, you will be a:

  • Guide for families and older adults—helping them navigate the sales journey from interest to move-in.
  • Team player—working with local professionals and volunteers to generate referral leads from medical, financial, legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local organizations.
  • Partner—collaborating with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed revenue and occupancy goals.

  • 3-week onboarding & orientation program with in-depth instruction, coaching, ongoing education, and marketing tools.

Qualifications & Skills
