Enhanced Renovations is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Sales Operations Manager to help us grow and refine our sales strategy. As Sales Operations Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, taking ownership of our sales operations and team development. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on interaction, involving both sales pipeline management and direct client engagement. You will be instrumental in driving growth, building customer relationships, and optimizing our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sales strategies to increase client acquisition and retention.
• Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring seamless client experience.
• Build and nurture client relationships, focusing on understanding their renovation goals and aligning them with our services.
• Train and mentor new sales team members, cultivating a supportive and high-performing sales environment.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate project scoping and realistic timelines.
• Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies to meet sales targets.
• Present and negotiate client proposals, balancing client needs with business objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, construction best practices, and sales techniques.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations or management, ideally within the construction or renovation industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, especially regarding home renovations and remodeling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficiency in sales CRM systems, project management tools, and data analysis. Construction management software experience, such as JobTread, is a huge plus.
  
  

Salary & Benefits

• Full-Time Position
• Competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 plus performance-based commission. On-target earnings (OTE) for this role of $160,000 annually.
