Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to address mental health and substance use challenges through integrated care models. We’re expanding our outreach and impact—and we’re looking for a strategic, driven Part-Time Sales Manager to help grow our partnerships and client base.

Position Overview

The Part-Time Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive referral partnerships, service contracts, and program expansion opportunities across targeted markets. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, community organizations, and other strategic partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented sales professional with a passion for behavioral health and a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and engage prospective clients and partners, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and community organizations
  • Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with BHS’s strategic goals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to foster new business and repeat partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
  • Track leads, activities, and outcomes using CRM tools
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to leadership
  • Represent BHS at industry events, conferences, and community networking functions as needed

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (healthcare or behavioral health field strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a part-time schedule
  • Familiarity with behavioral health services, treatment models, and healthcare systems a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
