We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growing account executive team and drive revenue growth by calling on our Corporate Accounts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing a field sales team, growing account portfolios, exceeding sales targets, and cultivating strong customer relationships. You should be a customer-centric leader with exceptional communication, negotiation, and team management skills.

Leadership and Strategy:
  • Lead and manage a team of enterprise account executives focused on client retention and growth across products.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies aligned with the corporate segment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive new acquisition, expand relationships, and renewals.
  • Set and monitor goals, KPIs, and performance metrics, providing coaching and feedback to ensure success.
About the Role:

In this role, you will:

  • Provide coaching and development to your team to help achieve goals and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, finance, and operations to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on account activities and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
About You:

You are a fit if you have:

  • At least 5 years of leadership or relevant management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Proven success in sales or account management roles.
  • Strong industry knowledge of the corporate SaaS landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across organizational levels.
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic and motivation to drive results.

Thomson Reuters offers a competitive total compensation package, including a target range of $199,500 - $370,500 in the US, based on experience and location, encompassing base salary and incentives.
