The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing key commercial customer relationships within the assigned region or market. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service and product support. The Sales Manager leads by example—building strong relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded through strategic planning and execution.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals within the commercial segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and business partners.
Identify new sales opportunities and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, service, and procurement, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Provide leadership, direction, and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
Analyze sales metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry meetings to strengthen market presence.
Ensure all sales activities align with company policies, pricing structures, and profitability targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Minimum of 3–5 years of salesor business developmentexperience in construction supply, distribution, or a related industry, with proven success in commercial account management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or relevant field is preferred.
Minimum of two years of management experience with a demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
Outstanding record of sales and customer retention.
Valid Driver’s License.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and adapt accordingly
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long‑term relationships with commercial clients.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with an intermediate to advanced skill level In Excel.
Proficient with CRM and ERP systems.
Ability to travel 25%-50%.
