The role involves achieving sales targets, developing strategic plans, and managing a team of Sales Representatives. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and leadership skills, with three years of sales experience required. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to upper management. This individual must be analytical and communicate effectively with people on their team and outside of it as well. They must also have good interpersonal skills for working together towards common goals. Lastly, they must be able to and learn about our products and services inside and out so they can effectively convey product knowledge to our sales team and clients alike.

Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 per year (base + commissions). Work from home – immediate hire. Weekly pay via direct deposit.
